- Ranch with zero carbs
(make the ranch packet with mayo and cream instead of milk)
Note: Rinse your mushrooms under cold water and dry them promptly and thoroughly with a paper towel to get them properly cleaned.

- Wash and dry your mushrooms thoroughly. Cut your mushrooms, roll them in eggs, and then in protein breading.
- Heat the oil on medium heat and then cook for 3 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside.
