No. There are a few ways to use rachelstea.com to feel great.
1. Use the free resource section, the digestive quiz is going to give you tailored advice for your exact situation free, at the end you’ll get our book, access to our Facebook support group and other socials, a free education section and hundreds of free recipes are available on our website. You WILL need to be VERY diligent with your diet if you want to avoid buying any supplements or doing any training with us, but it can totally be done and we make sure you’ve got what you need.
2. For quick relief when you need it most we do suggest a mix of the Digestive Good Life Toolbox, supplements that soothe and comfort your digestive system and some training and resources with our family for when you’re in a pinch. We keep them as reasonably priced as possible, but we know that not everyone has money to prioritize their health, which is why we provide all the info you need if you’re willing to diligently follow the eating program:)
Slippery Elm is a capsule of ground tree bark that produces a slimy mucus when it gets wet (sounds gross, but wait its awesome). Our research shows, taking 3 capsules before meals could produce a slime that helps coat the meal you’re eating and help protect your delicate intestinal walls from excess stomach acid and food that may scrape or harm damaged tissue.
Yep, While each bag makes 2 cups and it’s always great to do morning and evening, the ingredients in Rachel’s Digestive Relief Tea are comforting, soothing and help calm everything down. Drink it as often as you need.
YES. Our favorite clients are the ones that need the most help. We work with clients that just deal with a little reflux or bloating all the way to All varieties of diverticular diseases, colitis, Crohn’s Disease, IBS and IBD. Our research shows all digestive issues have similar causes, we’ve worked with thousands of every type of digestive issue over the years and you can go online anywhere and read our company reviews and client stories. If your case is serious, we do recommend scheduling a digestive strategy call to talk about our one on one coaching programs. They are more costly than the other services, but only because we dedicate more time and attention to your case personally.
We carry 2 varieties of tea. Rachel’s Digestive Relief Tea has no caffeine and can be used any time of day or evening. Rachel’s Slim Detox Tea does have caffeine and we suggest not drinking it in the evenings so it doesn’t disrupt your sleep.
On the Rachel’s Tea food program (available in toolbox and book) there are certain carb VS protein mixes that ALWAYS cause flares. After evaluating thousands and thousands of food diaries, these are the biggest problem foods: Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Quinoa, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, and drinks like Boost and Ensure. That said… there are SOME brands that are OK and some alternatives that work perfectly fine. Make sure to read the book and or join the toolbox for the entire list and exactly how to read a label to see if it will help or harm you.

from 2019 reviewsThis product is AMAZING. I am 80 years and have suffered with mild depression my whole life, but have always refused medication to treat it. After 2 months on this, I am thrilled with the difference I feel.
I am very happy with all of the supplements I have been using when needed and I try to follow the eating rules. I lost my "Pain Free" magnetic menu and really miss it, could you send me another? thank You!

I have used your products for several years after being diagnosed with IBD/ulcerative colitis, have not found anything better for my symptoms than your digestive tea, peppermint for bloating and other products! Please keep up the great help for all of us with diet/antibiotic induced gut problems.
Thank you.
I was told about this tea from a good friend that suffered from digestive problems and diverticulitis, she couldn’t say enough good things about the tea,so I tried it and it has done wonders for me and my husband,we love it,love the taste and the benefits ,sometimes drink it twice a day.We have also bought it to help others!
I have been using Rachel's tea for a few years and it "really does work" and it works better than any other product I've been prescribed or bought over the counter! It works with both diarrhea or constipation, it soothes the tummy and deals with that gas issue . . . its the best and a product I will continue to use and recommend! Thank you Rachel's Tea for providing us with such a product that actually works!
The slippery elm taken before meals really helps! I’m feeling better than I have in the last two years!
This book is a great resource for tips on how to manage IBS. And the diet information works!
Love all the ingredients in this tea! They work together so wonderfully. It’s soothingly on your system allowing you to relax. I drink it in the morn afternoon and bedtime. Please don’t ever change the recipe! 🥰
This tea was a pray answered. I have health issues, among them IBS, so I get flare ups from time to time. This tea and the website has been a God send. I was beginning to believe I would never find an answer to my flare-ups and keeping them at bay. I have gone back to order more tea because it works and I don't want to be without it even for one day. Thank you Rachel and your dad for making my day brighter.
This tea has a great taste. It serves as a calming beverage in the late afternoon and seems to reduce my hunger.
I have been using Rachel's Tea for almost a year. I was trying to find something to help with my diverticulitis. It has been so helpful. I drink it first thing in the morning and another cup before bed. It has helped significantly, along with shots of aloe vera juice. I also got their helpful book on food and if I am having a flare I follow the eating protocol and it has helped me avoid a full-blown attack and allowed me to eat out with little issue. This is particularly helpful when you want to spend time with friends and family during the holidays. I am very grateful that I have found such a terrific product.
The webinars in the Toolbox have been incredibly helpful for me in navigating through the process of improving my gut health. The advice is very insightful with tips to make the process easier to understand, and since it can seem overwhelming in the beginning, it was invaluable for me to be able to replay each video training as needed. Sonia is very knowledgeable and helped me make sense of what I was doing, the plan I was following, the supplements, how to make smart choices food wise, as well as suggesting ways to adjust and fine tune the program to my own specific issues. Also love the cooking videos and holiday suggestions from Rachel. The Toolbox is an incredible resource and well worth the cost.
I have had GERD (Gastriol intestinal reflux disease) for the last 20 years. I have taken omeprazole for 15 and Famotidine the last 5. As well as eating antacids at least once a day. Absolutely none of those things give any relief. Antacids would give a little relief but that was all. As of recently I was loosing sleep, I would sleep until 6am and then not be able to go back to sleep. What was weird is that I did not have any symptoms but could take antacids & maybe go back to sleep. I was starting to have insomnia, because of it. About a week ago I stumbled upon Ms. Rachel's tea, and I thought, we'll it's worth a try. Considering nothing I have tried has worked, I just recently found out that you can have corrective surgery for GERD but I do not want to go through with it, at this time. I received my tea two days ago and the first night I had one cup and slept a little better. Yesterday I had the morning and evening cup, I also received the email telling me I could use my tea bag twice, I was thrilled. Last night I slept AMAZINGLY! This tea is an absolute life saver and I am ecstatic that it has absolutely taken away the bloating, heartburn, indigestion! The only thing I do have is gas, I believe with my next order (will be subscription this time) I will order the slippery elm. Thank you Rachel's tea for helping me heal my GERD! I will always be ordering (subscribing from now on) and telling everyone I know about this wonderful company!
I recently ordered a sample package of the digestive tea and I must say, as far as I can tell, it works great! Have not had any issues with my stomach since I have been drinking it. Thank you for creating such a great tea!
I have been using Slippery Elm 400 mg twice a day for last 2 months. I have remarkable improvement in my IBS symptoms. Is it safe to use long term? Do I need to cycle ? Please advice . Thanks
