Fun protein breakfast the whole family will love!
Method
- Line each muffin tin with ham, turkey or other meat.
- Sprinkle cheese and veggies in each cup.
- Crack eggs into the top scrambled or whole.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake for 18 minutes (less if you’d like a soft yolk).
- Enjoy!
