  • Salt and pepper To taste

Fun protein breakfast the whole family will love!

Method

  1. Line each muffin tin with ham, turkey or other meat.
  2. Sprinkle cheese and veggies in each cup.
  3. Crack eggs into the top scrambled or whole.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes (less if you’d like a soft yolk).
  6. Enjoy!
