- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
- Unbleached flour 1/2 cup
- Sugar substitute 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Sea salt 1/2 tsp
- Cup vanilla almond milk 1 1/4
- Medium ripe bananas mashed 3
- Fresh blueberries 1 Cup

Method
- In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt Mash bananas until all large lumps are gone
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, bananas, blueberries and vanilla, mix in dry ingredients
- Pour batter by 1/4 cup full onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with blueberries
- Turn when bubbles form on top, cook until second side is golden brown.Serve with syrup if desired
