  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Unbleached flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar substitute 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp
  • Sea salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cup vanilla almond milk 1 1/4
  • Medium ripe bananas mashed 3
  • Fresh blueberries 1 Cup

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt Mash bananas until all large lumps are gone
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, bananas, blueberries and vanilla, mix in dry ingredients
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cup full onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with blueberries
  4. Turn when bubbles form on top, cook until second side is golden brown.Serve with syrup if desired
