- Sauté small onion (chopped) 1
- Beef broth 1/2 oz
- Water 2 cups
- Diced Mushrooms optional
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp

Method
- Add all ingredients into a non stick pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Set aside to absorb juices.
- Best served Hot. Add W or S foods to this to make a meal.
