Method

  1. Place 6 eggs in tap water and bring just to boil.
  2. Turn down right away to low. Simmer for 4 min.
  3. Meanwhile chop really fine: onions, green peppers and celery.
  4. I think I made 1 tbsp. of each. Add 1 tbsp. of mustard (I used stone ground.) 1 tsp olive oil.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mix the above with yokes and mound mixture in the whites.
  7. You can sauté the veggies
  8. if you still can’t eat them raw yet, and cut them very small.
