Ingredients
- French-cut green beans cooked 1 1/2 cups
- Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) 1 cup
- Sliced zucchini 1 cup
- Slivered green bell pepper 1/2 cup
- Tuna (drained & broken into chunks) 1 can Red vinaigrette:
- Red wine vinegar 1/3 cup
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Chopped parsley 2 tbsp.
- Honey/agave 1 tsp.
- Dried rosemary (crushed) 1 tsp.
- Clove garlic (crushed) 1
- Sea salt & pepper to taste

Method
- In a large nonmetallic bowl stir together beans, tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper and tuna.
- For Red Vinaigrette dressing, in a large shaker jar combine remaining ingredients.
- Cover and shake until well blended.
- Pour over salad.
- Toss salad to coat.
- Cover and chill 2-24 hours before serving.
