Ingredients
- Peanut Oil 1 tbsp
- Chili oil 1 tbsp
- Onions (sliced) 2
- Zucchini (thinly sliced) 2
- Broccoli (florets) 4 oz
- Button mushrooms (sliced) 4 oz
- Small bok choy (halved) 4 oz
- Light brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbs

Method
- Heat both oils in a large skillet.
- Add the onions and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2minutes, or until they start to soften.
- Add the zucchini, and broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, bok choy, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
