- Sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Cornstarch 6 tbsp
- Cold water 3 cup
- Package fresh raspberry 1
- Fresh blueberries 2 cups
- Sliced fresh strawberries 2 cups
- Cracker crusts 2 g
- Whipped topping 4 cups
- Fresh Mint
- Additional sliced strawberries

Method
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in berries. Pour into crusts and chill until set.
- Garnish with whipped topping, mint and strawberries.
