Ingredients
- Diced tomatoes 4 cups
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1/3 teaspoon
- Parsley flakes 1 teaspoon
- Oregano flakes 1 teaspoon
- Basil paste 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil 1/4 cup

It’s super handy to have because no sugar added marinara can be tough to find at the store.
Method
- Cook the tomatoes alone on medium heat until very soft.
- Put tomatoes into blender.
- Add black pepper, red wine vinegar, salt, parsley flakes, oregano flakes, basil paste, garlic paste.
- Add 1/4 cup Olive Oil.
- Blend until smooth mixture.
- Pour into a saucepan then cook on low heat until mixture reaches desired thickness.
