- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Garlic cloves (thinly sliced) 2 large
- Bok Choy 2 lb
- Soy sauce to taste
- Pepper to taste

Method
- Heat oil in the wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until golden.
- Add the Bok Choy.
- Season with soy sauce and pepper to taste.
- Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
