  • Garlic cloves (thinly sliced) 2 large
  • Bok Choy 2 lb
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in the wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until golden.
  3. Add the Bok Choy.
  4. Season with soy sauce and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
