  • Green pepper (chopped) 1
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Uncooked minute rice 1 1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce 16 oz
  • Water 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Melt butter in skillet and sauté green pepper and onion.
  2. Add to skillet; minute rice, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, cumin, and mustard.
  3. Bring to a boil. Place lid over skillet and turn the burner off. When ready to serve, simply stir and enjoy.
