- Uncooked minute rice 1 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce 16 oz
- Water 1 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method
- Melt butter in skillet and sauté green pepper and onion.
- Add to skillet; minute rice, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, cumin, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil. Place lid over skillet and turn the burner off. When ready to serve, simply stir and enjoy.
