  • Large Eggs 2
  • Heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 oz
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine eggs and milk/water in a bowl, whisk until well mixed.
  2. Melt butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling; pour egg mixture into hot skillet.
  3. Cook for 30 seconds or until the bottom is set. Run heat proof spatula around edge of pan, lifting the edges of eggs and allowing uncooked portions to flow underneath. Tilt pan, if necessary.
  4. Continue cooking, lifting eggs as needed, 1-2 minutes or until almost set.
  5. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese over half of the omelet. Carefully fold the other side of the omelet over the cheese.
  6. Carefully slide omelet onto serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
