- Finely chopped jalapeno pepper 1 tsp.
- Dried cumin 1 tsp.
- Cooked & peeled large shrimp 1 cup

Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno and cumin.
- Add shrimp; toss; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
