 Note: White bagel, or bread (toast is fine), or English muffin, toasted with butter and jam or jelly.

Method

  1. Whip eggs and cheese in a bowl, scramble on medium heat until cooked.
  2. Sprinkle salt to taste.
  3. Some sautéed onions and bell peppers or pair with your favorite sausage or turkey sausage are ok if you like.
