Note: White bagel, or bread (toast is fine), or English muffin, toasted with butter and jam or jelly.

Method
- Whip eggs and cheese in a bowl, scramble on medium heat until cooked.
- Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Some sautéed onions and bell peppers or pair with your favorite sausage or turkey sausage are ok if you like.
