- Egg (slightly beaten) 1
- Cooked squash (drained) 4 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Herb seasoned stuffing mix 3/4 cup
- Herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 cup
- Melted butter 2 tbsp
- Grated vegan sharp cheese 1 cup

Method
- Mix milk with soup. Add egg; mix well.
- Add squash, onion, and stuffing; toss lightly to mix.
- Turn into greased casserole. Add cheese topping.
- Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes.
