  • Cream of mushroom soup 1 can
  • Egg (slightly beaten) 1
  • Cooked squash (drained) 4 cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Herb seasoned stuffing mix 3/4 cup

  • Cheese topping:

  • Herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 cup
  • Melted butter 2 tbsp
  • Grated vegan sharp cheese 1 cup

Method

  1. Mix milk with soup. Add egg; mix well.
  2. Add squash, onion, and stuffing; toss lightly to mix.
  3. Turn into greased casserole. Add cheese topping.
  4. Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes.
