  • Thin sliced Zucchini* 1 lb
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil (this can be omitted) 1/2 tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp

Method

  1. You can use a mandoline slicer you want them very thin,for best results.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk salt, pepper, olive oil (if used), and vinegar.
  3. Add sliced zucchini
  4. Toss with the “dressing” to coat.
  5. Arrange slices on dehydrator trays.
  6. Dehydrate at 135 degrees for 5-6 hours or until crispy.
