Ingredients
- Balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup
- Apple cider vinegar ¼ cup
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Garlic clove (finely minced) 1 large
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil (extra virgin) 3 tbsp
- Spaghetti (cooked) 1 lb
- French bread (thick slices, cut into 1/2 in cubes) 2 large
- Whole ripe tomatoes (roasted or broiled till skin blackens) 1 lb

Method
- Begin by soaking bread cubes in vinegar for 20 minutes.
- Next combine soaked bread, tomatoes, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper to a food processor and puree evenly.
- Add and mix olive oil and serve over pasta.
