  • Balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar ΒΌ cup
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Garlic clove (finely minced) 1 large
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil (extra virgin) 3 tbsp
  • Spaghetti (cooked) 1 lb
  • French bread (thick slices, cut into 1/2 in cubes) 2 large
  • Whole ripe tomatoes (roasted or broiled till skin blackens) 1 lb

Method

  1. Begin by soaking bread cubes in vinegar for 20 minutes.
  2. Next combine soaked bread, tomatoes, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper to a food processor and puree evenly.
  3. Add and mix olive oil and serve over pasta.
