- Unpeeled cleaned cucumbers 7 cups
- Onions 1 cup
- Sliced peppers (mild or hot) 1 cup
- Salt 1 tbs
- Sugar 2 cups
- White vinegar 1 cup
- Celery seed 1 tsp
- Mustard seed 1 tsp

Method
- Stuff veggies in clean canning jars tightly.
- Bring to boil other ingredients.
- Cool 1 hr and pour over veggies.
- Seal and store in refrigerator for up to 2 mos.
- As you eat veggies out of jar, slice new veggies in it. Enjoy.
