- Tomato ½
- Lettuce leaves 3
- Red pepper ½
- Vegan cheese (meltable) 2 cups
- Avocado (sliced) 1
- Olive or vegetable oil optional
- Salsa for dipping

Method
- Saute sliced red pepper. Place tortilla on warm plan with cheese on top.
- Melt the cheese and add .
- To brown the tortillas, add a little vegetable oil or olive oil.
- Remove from heat.
- Carefully add the peppers, tomato and avocado.
- Add lettuce and salsa to taste on top.
