  • Red pepper ½
  • Vegan cheese (meltable) 2 cups
  • Avocado (sliced) 1
  • Olive or vegetable oil optional
  • Salsa for dipping

Method

  1. Saute sliced red pepper. Place tortilla on warm plan with cheese on top.
  2. Melt the cheese and add .
  3. To brown the tortillas, add a little vegetable oil or olive oil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Carefully add the peppers, tomato and avocado.
  6. Add lettuce and salsa to taste on top.
