Ingredients
    Crust made from scratch:
  • Water 1 cup
  • Active dry yeast 1 pkg
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Peppers
  • Olive oil (optional) 2 tbs
  • Tomato sauce (optional)
  • Pineapple (optional)
  • Spinach (optional)
  • Onions (optional)
  • Artichoke (optional)
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • Veggies Whatever you want to add
  • Flour 2 cups
  • (you may have to eyeball this, dough should no longer stick to the sides of the bowl)

Method

  1. The pizza should be baked at about 500 (F) for 10-15 minutes.
  2. If your oven won’t go this high, bake at 450 (F) for 12-17 mins.
  3. Roll crust if you prefer it thinner, and I love to set aside some extra marinara sauce for dipping my pizza in:)
