- Rice ¼ cup
- Black beans (can use refried beans) ¼ cup
- Tomato 1 tbs
- Onion 1 tbs
- Avocado ¼
- Lettuce ¼ cup

Method
- Cook black beans to warm them up. Put them into a blender and make bean purée (similar consistency to retried beans).
- Heat your tortilla slightly.
- Spread beans down the center of the burrito.
- Add remaining ingredients on top, wrap and enjoy.
