  • Tortilla 1 large
  • Vegan cheese ¼ cup
  • Rice ¼ cup
  • Black beans (can use refried beans) ¼ cup
  • Tomato 1 tbs
  • Onion 1 tbs
  • Avocado ¼
  • Lettuce ¼ cup

Method

  1. Cook black beans to warm them up. Put them into a blender and make bean purée (similar consistency to retried beans).
  2. Heat your tortilla slightly.
  3. Spread beans down the center of the burrito.
  4. Add remaining ingredients on top, wrap and enjoy.
