  • Pineapple chunks (fresh) 1 cup
  • Coconut milk (unsweetened) 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Ice cubes 1/4 cup
  • Honey (optional) 2 tsp
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 large glasses.
  4. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.
