  • Garbanzo beans (drained) 1 can
  • 1 Jar roasted red peppers 4 oz
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Clove garlic (minced) 1
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tsp.
  • Sea salt 1/4 tsp.
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp.
  • Tahini 1 1/2 tbsp.

Method

  1. In a food processor, puree all ingredients except parsley.
  2. Make sure you scrape the sides in between pulses.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  5. Serve with whole-wheat pita bread.
