Ingredients
- Garbanzo beans (drained) 1 can
- 1 Jar roasted red peppers 4 oz
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Clove garlic (minced) 1
- Ground cumin 1/2 tsp.
- Sea salt 1/4 tsp.
- Fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp.
- Tahini 1 1/2 tbsp.

Method
- In a food processor, puree all ingredients except parsley.
- Make sure you scrape the sides in between pulses.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
- Serve with whole-wheat pita bread.
