- Lettuce (cut small) 1/4 cup
- Yellow sweet pepper cut up small 1 tbsp
- Orange sweet pepper cut up small 1 tbsp
- Small Plum Tomatoes left whole 8
- Cucumber cut up small 1 tbsp
- Spring onion cut up small 1 tbsp Sauce:
- Pickled red cabbage 1 tbsp
- Small Squeeze of a lemon 1
- Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 tsp
- Pinch Black cracked pepper 1

Method
- In a serving dish, add all the cut up salad vegetables to the dish, toss it around then over the top put the pickled cabbage
- Add the slices of lemon after squeezing on the sides, then spoon the sauce along the middle .
