  • Lettuce (cut small) 1/4 cup
  • Yellow sweet pepper cut up small 1 tbsp
  • Orange sweet pepper cut up small 1 tbsp
  • Small Plum Tomatoes left whole 8
  • Cucumber cut up small 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion cut up small 1 tbsp
  • Sauce:

  • Pickled red cabbage 1 tbsp
  • Small Squeeze of a lemon 1
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch Black cracked pepper 1

Method

  1. In a serving dish, add all the cut up salad vegetables to the dish, toss it around then over the top put the pickled cabbage
  2. Add the slices of lemon after squeezing on the sides, then spoon the sauce along the middle .
