- Papaya 1
- Juice of lime 1
- Large banana 1
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 1/2 cups
- Ground ginger 1/4 tsp.

Method
- Halve the papaya and scoop out and discard the seeds.
- Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely, then toss with the lime juice.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Place the papaya, banana, orange juice, and ginger in a blender and process until combined.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
