- Soy sauce (reduced-sodium) 1/4 cup
- Ground ginger 1/2 tsp
- Orange (roughy fillets) 4 (6 oz)
- Salt free lemon-pepper (seasoning) 1/2 tsp

Method
- In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger; add the fish.
- Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
- Arrange fillets in a 15x10x1 inch-baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
