  • Soy sauce (reduced-sodium) 1/4 cup
  • Ground ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Orange (roughy fillets) 4 (6 oz)
  • Salt free lemon-pepper (seasoning) 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger; add the fish.
  2. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
  3. Arrange fillets in a 15x10x1 inch-baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
