  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, (pressed) 2 cloves
  • Dill weed 1/2 tsp
  • Sea salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken (boneless skinless breasts, halved) 2

Method

  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill weed and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Place chicken on a rack in a broiler. Brush chicken with lemon mixture.
  3. Set oven temperature at broil or 450 (F).
  4. Position broiler pan about 4 inches from heat; broil 6-8 minutes. Turn chicken; broil about 6-8 minutes longer or until chicken is golden brown and fork tender.
