Ingredients
- Fresh spinach/romaine leaves (torn) 5 cups
- Tuna (drained & broken into chunks) 1 can
- Frozen cooked bay shrimp (thawed) 1 cup
- Shredded cucumber 3/4 cup
- Shredded red radishes 1/2 cup Sesame vinaigrette:
- Rice vinegar/cider vinegar 3 Tbsp.
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tsp.
- Sesame seeds 2 tsp.
- Drops of stevia sweetener 2-3
- Sea salt & pepper to taste

Method
- In a large salad bowl toss together spinach, tuna, shrimp, cucumber and radishes.
- For dressing, in a shaker jar combine Sesame Vinaigrette ingredients.
- Cover and shake until well blended.
- Drizzle over salad; toss well.
