- Bay scallops 2 lbs
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic (minced) 2 1/2 cloves
- Shallot (minced) 1 large
- Garlic salt 1/2 tsp
- Fresh parsley (chopped) 3 tbsp

Method
- Bring 3 cups water to boil in small saucepan.
- Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well.
- Heat oil in medium skillet and fry garlic and shallot over medium heat until tender.
- Add scallops, salt, parsley, and pepper to taste.
- Broil until golden brown.
