  • Bay scallops 2 lbs
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced) 2 1/2 cloves
  • Shallot (minced) 1 large
  • Garlic salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 3 tbsp

Method

  1. Bring 3 cups water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Heat oil in medium skillet and fry garlic and shallot over medium heat until tender.
  4. Add scallops, salt, parsley, and pepper to taste.
  5. Broil until golden brown.
