  • White fish fillets 2 lbs
  • Garlic (minced) 4 large cloves
  • Fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp. dried) 4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon (thinly sliced and seeded) 1 large

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F and place heavy baking sheet in oven to preheat.
  2. Place each fillet centered on separate large pieces of either foil or parchment paper.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients except lemon slices in a small bowl and mix well spread sauce over fish and tightly crimp fish into sealed bags using the foil cook for 13 /15 minutes and serve wrapped.
