- White fish fillets 2 lbs
- Garlic (minced) 4 large cloves
- Fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp. dried) 4 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon (thinly sliced & seeded) 1 large

Method
- Preheat oven to 450 F and place heavy baking sheet in oven to preheat.
- Place each fillet centered on separate large pieces of either foil or parchment paper.
- Combine remaining ingredients except lemon slices in a small bowl and mix well spread sauce over fish and tightly crimp fish into sealed bags using the foil cook for 13 /15 minutes and serve wrapped.
