- Jumbo uncooked Shrimp (shelled & deveined) 2 lbs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic (crushed) 5 cloves
- Fresh parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup
- Fresh lemon juice 3 tbsp

Method
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Use half of parsley and other ingredients to coat shrimp and bake uncovered for 5 minutes flip bake an additional 3 minutes and remove use remaining sauce to dip shrimp.
