  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic (crushed) 5 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Shrimp (jumbo, uncooked, shelled and deveined) 2 lbs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Use half of parsley and other ingredients to coat shrimp and bake uncovered for 5 minutes flip bake an additional 3 minutes and remove use remaining sauce to dip shrimp.
