- Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
- Lemon juice 4 tsp.
- Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Oregano (dried) 2 tsp.
- Sea salt 1 tsp.
- Onion powder 1 tsp.
- Garlic powder 1 tsp.
- Ground pepper 1 tsp.
- Ground mustard 1/2 tsp.

Method
- In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork.
- Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
- Drain pork and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
