  • Lemon juice 4 tsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Oregano (dried) 2 tsp.
  • Sea salt 1 tsp.
  • Onion powder 1 tsp.
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Ground pepper 1 tsp.
  • Ground mustard 1/2 tsp.
  • Boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each.) 4

Method

  1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork.
  2. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  4. Drain pork and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
