Ingredients
- Garlic powder (to taste) 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Beef bouillon 1 cube
- Hot water 1/2 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- Splenda (or 1 tsp stevia) 1 packet
- Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes (stewed with liquid) 1 can (14.5 ounce)
- Green and or red bell peppers (cut in strips) 2 large
- Salt (as soy and bouillon cube contain salt so suggested low salt to taste
- Beef sirloin (cut into 2 inch strips,suggested pre-cut beef strips ) 2 pounds
- Cauliflower paste (to thicken,recipe given in tip section) 1 cup

Method
- Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips.
- Transfer to a slow cooker. Mix bouillon cube with hot water and cauliflower paste.
- Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, Splenda, and salt.
- Add peppers two hours before done.
- Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6.
