  • Chicken breasts whole (split in half) 2
  • Reduced Sodium 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup
  • Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup
  • Dry sherry 1/4 cup
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 clove
  • Ground ginger 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Mix well and pour over chicken. Marinade for 2 hours, turning once or twice.
  4. Preheat grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Transfer chicken to rack and grill 10 minutes, turning once, until juices are clear.
