- Chicken breasts whole (split in half) 2
- Reduced Sodium 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Dry sherry 1/4 cup
- Garlic (chopped) 1 clove
- Ground ginger 1/2 tsp

Method
- Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish.
- Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
- Mix well and pour over chicken. Marinade for 2 hours, turning once or twice.
- Preheat grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
- Transfer chicken to rack and grill 10 minutes, turning once, until juices are clear.
