Ingredients
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced 4 cloves
  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs 8
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic vinegar ½ cup
  • Onion, sliced 1
  • Fresh green beans 1 pound
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Pour olive oil and garlic in the bottom of a 6-qt slow cooker.
  2. Line the bottom with the chicken thighs .
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and vinegar.
  4. Top with sliced onion. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
