Ingredients
- Piece of fresh ginger 8 IN
- Water 3 cups
- Agave 1/4 cup
- Granulated sugar 1/4 cup
- Zest of Lemon 1
- Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup

Method
- In a small saucepan combine first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Cover pan and remove from heat.
- Let steep for 30 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, stir, and strain into mugs.
