  • Piece of fresh ginger 8 IN
  • Water 3 cups
  • Agave 1/4 cup
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup
  • Zest of Lemon 1
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup

Method

  1. In a small saucepan combine first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cover pan and remove from heat.
  3. Let steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, stir, and strain into mugs.
