  • Banana (sliced) 1
  • Spinach 2 cups
  • Vanilla almond milk of choice 1 cup
  • Coconut based yogurt 1 cup

Method

  1. Put fruit in a freezer bag.
  2. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
  3. When ready to use, put milk and spinach into blender first.
  4. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk.
  5. Then add yogurt and frozen fruit and mix until consistency is smooth. Enjoy!
