Ingredients
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsps
  • Chopped Brocolli, Kale, Purple Cabbage & Spinach 1 bag
  • Chopped White Onion 1/3 cup
  • Baby Bella Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro 1 tbsp
  • Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Meat (Shrimp Chicken and Beef) 1 cup

Note:  Leave out the meat to make it an easy vegetarian dish or group with an S meal:)

It's an easy recipe that adds a ton of nutrition to your day:) 

Method

  1. Heat up 2 tbsps of Olive Oil.
  2. Mix chopped brocolli, kale, purple cabbage and spinach and saute it.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of chopped white onion, 1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms, 1 tbsp cilantro.
  4. Sprinkle reduced sodium soy sauce.
  5. Add 1 cup of meat (Shrimp Chicken and Beef) and more reduced sodium soy sauce.
  6. Cook until tender.
