Ingredients
  • Chicken breasts 2 large
  • Eggs 3
  • Parmesan Cheese 3/4 cup
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar free marinara sauce 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Olives 6 oz
  • Pepperoni 4 oz
  • Cheese 1 ½ cups

Note: You can use any P or W ingredients you like, you don’t have to use just these.

This recipe makes enough chicken crust for 2 pizzas. Cut the crust ingredients in half for one pizza or freeze excess for another day.

Method

  1. Blend 2 large chicken breasts into a blender. Add 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese and 1 cup of Spinach.
  2. Thinly spread chicken mixture on parchment paper.
  3. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Brush top with Olive Oil.
  6. Add sugar-free marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives and pepperoni.
  7. Bake until cheese melted and bubbly.
