Ingredients
- Chicken breasts 2 large
- Eggs 3
- Parmesan Cheese 3/4 cup
- Spinach 1 cup
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Sugar free marinara sauce 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olives 6 oz
- Pepperoni 4 oz
- Cheese 1 ½ cups

Note: You can use any P or W ingredients you like, you don’t have to use just these.
This recipe makes enough chicken crust for 2 pizzas. Cut the crust ingredients in half for one pizza or freeze excess for another day.
Method
- Blend 2 large chicken breasts into a blender. Add 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese and 1 cup of Spinach.
- Thinly spread chicken mixture on parchment paper.
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush top with Olive Oil.
- Add sugar-free marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives and pepperoni.
- Bake until cheese melted and bubbly.
