Method
- Pre heat oven to 400F
- Slice brussel sprouts
- Place brussel sprouts on a parchment covered baking sheet
- Spritz with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until outer edges become darker and crisp.
