Great healthy low calorie snack or W Side dish!

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 400F
  2. Slice brussel sprouts
  3. Place brussel sprouts on a parchment covered baking sheet
  4. Spritz with olive oil
  5. Sprinkle with salt
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until outer edges become darker and crisp.
