- Stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounces) 1 can
- Uncooked long grain rice 1 Cup
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Dried oregano 1/4 tbsp
- Garlic salt 1/4 tbsp
