- Avocados 3
- Chopped cilantro 1 cup
- Diced tomatoes ⅕ cup
- Diced onions ⅕ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
- Cumin (powdered) 1 teaspoon
- Mayo 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice 1 tablespoon

Yummy summer snack!
Method
- Slice three ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop them into a mixing bowl.
- Add cilantro, tomatoes, onions, salt, garlic, cumin, and mayo to a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice on it. Then use a fork to gently mash them to your desired level of chunkiness or smoothness. (Don't overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky.)
- That’s it. The most delicious, and easy-to-make guacamole.
- Serve it on toast or with chips.
