  • Avocados 3
  • Chopped cilantro 1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes ⅕ cup
  • Diced onions ⅕ cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin (powdered) 1 teaspoon
  • Mayo 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice 1 tablespoon

Yummy summer snack!

Method

  1. Slice three ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add cilantro, tomatoes, onions, salt, garlic, cumin, and mayo to a bowl.
  3. Squeeze lime juice on it. Then use a fork to gently mash them to your desired level of chunkiness or smoothness. (Don't overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky.)
  4. That’s it. The most delicious, and easy-to-make guacamole.
  5. Serve it on toast or with chips.
