Method
- Take your pickles, and then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Roll them in the eggs, one by one, and then in protein breading.
- Add oil into the pan and preheat over medium heat and then add the pickles one by one to the preheated oil.
- Cook until golden and crisp for around 3 minutes.
- Enjoy your fried pickles.
