Method

  1. Take your pickles, and then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Roll them in the eggs, one by one, and then in protein breading.
  3. Add oil into the pan and preheat over medium heat and then add the pickles one by one to the preheated oil.
  4. Cook until golden and crisp for around 3 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your fried pickles.
