Ingredients
- Pork rinds 1 lb
- Almond flour 1 lb
- Zero-carb protein powder 1 lb
- Any kind of seasoning 1/4 cup
Note: This breading is for chicken, fish, or any veggie paired with a P meal.
I use eggs to make the mixture stick to things like shrimp and veggies! I’ve personally tired and LOVE it on the following: zucchini- mushrooms- onion rings- chicken strips.

Take fried/air fried foods to the next level with a breadding that's a P food!
Method
- Blend your one pound of pork rinds in a food processor until they are about to size of small crumbs.
- Combine the blended pork rinds, zero-carb protein, almond flour, one pound each, and a quarter cup of any kind of seasoning in a food container. Mix Well.
- Store it in an airtight container.
- Enjoy your fried food with all-purpose protein breading.
- The low-carb breading mix works well with vegetables, chicken, fish, mozzarella sticks, and all kinds of stuff.
