- Eggs in a bowl 6
- Heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup
- Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Fully cooked ham (finely chopped) 1 cup
- Green onions (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Onions (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
Tip: To enhance the flavor and presentation, you can sprinkle some extra shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top of the omelet just before baking. This will add a delightful finishing touch to your oven omelet. Enjoy!

- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 400 degrees Celsius).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the 6 eggs until they are well beaten.
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and continue to whisk until the mixture is well combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped ham, green onions, and onions to the egg mixture. Gently fold the ingredients together, ensuring an even distribution.
- Grease a 9-inch square baking dish to prevent sticking. You can use cooking spray or a small amount of butter for this.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture into the greased baking dish. Make sure it is spread out evenly.
