Ingredients
  • Boneless Pork loin chops 3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each 1
  • apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper 4 tsp
  • Clove Garlic 1 Diced
  • Crushed diced tomatoes 2
  • Ground Ginger 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Dried Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Sea Salt 1 tbsp
  • Onion Powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
  • Ground Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ground Mustard 1/2 tbsp

Savory Delicious Pork, Can Be Fried Or Grilled!

Method

  1. In a bowl or bag, combine all ingredients and mix well to marinade
  2. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 4 hours, but you can let it sit overnight.
  3. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork.
  4. Seal bag and turn to
coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain pork and discard marinade.
  6. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
