Ingredients
- Boneless Pork loin chops 3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each 1
- apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper 4 tsp
- Clove Garlic 1 Diced
- Crushed diced tomatoes 2
- Ground Ginger 1 tsp
- lemon juice 4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Dried Oregano 1 tbsp
- Sea Salt 1 tbsp
- Onion Powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
- Ground Pepper 1 tbsp
- Ground Mustard 1/2 tbsp

Method
- In a bowl or bag, combine all ingredients and mix well to marinade
- Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 4 hours, but you can let it sit overnight.
- In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork.
- Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain pork and discard marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
