  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato quartered 2
  • Cloves Garlic Minced 4
  • Skinless chicken thighs 8 boneless
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil 1 tsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Sliced pound fresh green beans 1
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Set It And Forget It Yummy Dinner!


  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and vinegar.
  2. Top with sliced onion and tomato.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat in crock pot or other slow cooker for at least 4 hours.
  4. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time
  5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy
