  • Large cloves garlic, quartered 3
  • Olive oil 3 tsp
  • Fresh rosemary, minced or Dried rosemary leaves, crumbled 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper 1 tsp
  • Broiler chicken, cut into serving pieces 1-3 1/2 pound
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp

This healthy, homemade muesli makes a great start to your day!


  1. Combine garlic, oil, mustard and lemon juice in blender
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl; stir in rosemary and pepper.
  4. Brush chicken pieces with mustard mixture.
  5. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
  6. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing
  7. Bring coals to medium heat
  8. Place chicken, meaty-side up, on grill
  9. Cook 12 minutes
  10. Turn; continue to cook 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink
  11. Remove and place on serving dish
  12. TO BROIL: Preheat the broiler; arrange chicken on rack in broiling pan
  13. Broil 7-9 inches from heat 25 minutes
  14. Turn; continue broiling 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
