Ingredients
- Large cloves garlic, quartered 3
- Olive oil 3 tsp
- Fresh rosemary, minced or Dried rosemary leaves, crumbled 2 tbsp
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp
- Broiler chicken, cut into serving pieces 1-3 1/2 pound
- lemon juice 2 tbsp

Method
- Combine garlic, oil, mustard and lemon juice in blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour mixture into a bowl; stir in rosemary and pepper.
- Brush chicken pieces with mustard mixture.
- Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
- Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing
- Bring coals to medium heat
- Place chicken, meaty-side up, on grill
- Cook 12 minutes
- Turn; continue to cook 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink
- Remove and place on serving dish
- TO BROIL: Preheat the broiler; arrange chicken on rack in broiling pan
- Broil 7-9 inches from heat 25 minutes
- Turn; continue broiling 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
